I've been looking around this site for a while, but I'm struggling to find people to add to my Inner Circle.

Not that poetry is bad, it's just that it's really not my cup of tea, and it makes good prose writers hard to find. Mouse over the "Poetry" and "Prose" blanket categories on the Bookshelf and you'll see what I mean.

Of course, it's easy enough to sift through the Prose section, but there's still the problem of finding people who are still active on this site. I've been using the "Active Lemons"  and "Newest Lemons" things for a while now, and it seems like there are a lot of people who come on once or twice, upload a couple of things and then just vanish.

So, I figure the easiest way of finding writers on this site is to ask.

If you know any active prose writers (preferably who don't also upload reams of poetry), then please point them out to me. Or, suggest yourself- although chances are that if you're reading this, I already know you.

It's late, so I'll be brief:

I've got the option of submitting some work to be published in an Anthology. If anybody has a particular favourite piece of mine, mention it here and it may sway my decision of which to include- I think I can hand in up to four.

Likely candidates so far are:
Immortal Eyes
Claustrophobia
The Carrion Prince
A Star for a Heart

If you have any opinions on these in particular, that would be handy- but if you like another, go ahead and say so. I'm feeling pretty indecisive about this right now.

Shadukah very kindly featured Mosquito Bite. I'm totally chuffed. And hopefully this will draw a little more attention to the problem of Mosquito Alarms, too.

Also, I've been meaning to try out the notebook. This seems like a pretty good occasion for it.
